Product Manager

Tesco Technology is a technology team of over 4,000 experts across 5 countries (UK, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, and India) focused on solving problems at a global scale. The teams take strategic ownership of architecture, design, testing, deployment, infrastructure, operation, and security of systems in their domain to ensure agile, smooth, and safe operations with maximum business impact.

• 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of product vision & strategy, market research, roadmap development, user-centered design (UX/UI), product management, research and insight generation, customer empathy and accessibility awareness, experimentation and validation, enterprise technology design, and data and analytics
• Experience applying user-centered design principles to create intuitive and accessible products
• Use of various research techniques to generate valuable insights
• Understanding of diverse user experiences and designing for inclusivity
• Ability to write hypotheses and collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to test and learn
• Understanding of how large technology systems interact and how to monitor product health (e.g., uptime, performance metrics)
• Contribution to setting product vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes
• Use of market and customer insights to shape product direction aligned with business and technology goals
• Experience with platform or data-driven products or strong ability to learn in this area
• Language skills: Polish (expert), English (advanced)

• Evolve and realize product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for profile domain products
• Collaborate proactively with peers and senior stakeholders to define product direction within broader business strategy
• Understand key user personas, customers, and product stakeholders, including internal API consumers and external partners
• Take responsibility for product performance and adoption, aiming to achieve outcomes and key results (OKRs)
• Prioritize work and thoughtfully resolve trade-offs balancing availability, usability, interoperability, data quality, privacy, and security
• Document and communicate requirements clearly to engineering teams using user stories and acceptance criteria
• Lead sprint and release planning sessions with engineering counterparts to iteratively deliver value
