Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar IT leadership role
- Experience in leading IT teams and building a culture of feedback
- Understanding of coaching as a process
- Technical background enabling effective communication with engineers
- Belief in team autonomy and support rather than micromanagement
- Skills in recruiting talent and building engaged teams
- Understanding the difference between management by control and management by context
- Commitment to removing barriers that teams cannot overcome alone
- Knowledge of IT team management, feedback culture, coaching, team leadership, project management, Agile, recruitment and onboarding, CI/CD, automation, and technical expertise
- Proficiency in Polish and English languages
Obowiązki
- Mentor and support engineers' career development with clear goals and regular feedback
- Actively participate in recruitment and onboarding to build competent teams aligned with company culture
- Support Technical Leader in maintaining high code quality and modern practices such as CI/CD, automation, and security
- Identify and eliminate systemic barriers that slow down developers or reduce their satisfaction
- Collaborate with product leaders to ensure optimal team balance and development direction
- Promote a culture where engineers participate in product discovery and act as partners in solving customer problems
