QA Lead

The Kraków office employs about 50 specialists across IT, accounting, customer service, and sales, with the largest team in IT programming in Ruby, Python, and Swift. • Advanced knowledge of automated testing: Playwright with TypeScript, Selenium/Appium with Java
• Experience making architectural decisions in testing
• Daily use of Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
• Experience in technical leadership of QA teams (code review, mentoring)
• Ability to balance business and technical needs
• Culture of feedback and learning from mistakes
• Knowledge of SDLC and design patterns in automation
• 5 years of experience in a similar position

Nice to have:

• Experience with agent workflows or integrations via MCP

• Develop quality strategy and test architecture using Playwright (TypeScript), Selenium, and Appium (Java)
• Actively participate in designing and reviewing automated test code
• Define the direction of AI usage in testing (test generation and maintenance, regression analysis, bug triage)
• Conduct technical recruitment and mentoring of QA engineers
• Remove technical blockers and ensure smooth testing processes
• Collaborate with Product Managers and internal clients
• Supervise regression tests, smoke tests, and manual tests
• Work cross-functionally with product teams
