Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Very good knowledge of SQL.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience analyzing e-commerce sales data and/or marketing data.
- Knowledge of key e-commerce and performance marketing metrics (ROAS, AOV, CVR, margin, basket value, incremental revenue).
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI or Looker Studio).
- Ability to structure problems, formulate hypotheses, and translate data into business recommendations.
- Understanding of business dependencies and ability to contextualize analyses.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the beauty and/or FMCG industry.
- Experience analyzing performance marketing effectiveness.
- Experience analyzing promotions, discounts, freebie mechanisms, and price sensitivity.
- Knowledge of attribution models and their limitations.
- Knowledge of experimental methodologies (A/B testing, incrementality testing, uplift analysis).
- Experience preparing materials for management and business review meetings.
- Familiarity with marketing and analytical tools (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Interest in using LLM models (e.g., Claude) to optimize daily analytical work.
Obowiązki
- Monitor sales, marketing, and e-commerce results, track key metrics (revenue, ROAS, AOV, CVR, margin, CIR), and prepare concise summaries for teams and management.
- Analyze and optimize promotional mechanisms by evaluating campaign effectiveness, calculating profitability and margins, formulating hypotheses, and recommending changes regarding thresholds, discounts, formats, and product selection.
- Support marketing budget planning in collaboration with the Performance Team by analyzing spending efficiency, comparing channel results, investigating budget splits, diagnosing result changes, and identifying areas for testing or budget shifts.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions, including areas lacking a clear success metric by proposing measurement methods.
- Prepare analytical data for cyclical business meetings (monthly business review, budget meetings) including data processing, visualizations, and selecting key insights on changes, reasons, and implications.
