Młodszy Menedżer ds. Zarządzania Projektami – umowa na zastępstwo (k/m)

• Higher education (preferred fields: economics, banking, management, IT)
• Documented experience as Project Manager in at least 2 projects
• Minimum 1 year experience in financial sector or consulting in a similar role
• Practical knowledge of IT production process
• Communicative English language skills
• Ability to think strategically on a large scale
• High interpersonal skills and ability to moderate dispersed stakeholder expectations
• Passion, commitment, and teamwork skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in projects involving replacement/modification of central banking system
• Project management certifications: PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, AGILE PM

• Manage interdisciplinary projects, especially IT projects, in waterfall or agile models within agreed scope, schedule, and budget
• Plan, supervise execution, and report project status to the Steering Committee and Bank Management
• Provide methodological support and ensure compliance with bank standards
• Identify, monitor, and analyze project risks; plan and oversee mitigation actions
• Manage change and communication considering stakeholders' interests
• Manage project team including task planning, accounting, motivation, and ensuring high efficiency
• Ensure delivery of all planned project products according to quality criteria and internal regulations
• Supervise project documentation and collaborate with product suppliers and PMO
