Senior Specialist, Digital Communications

• Very good command and hands-on experience with SharePoint platforms and M365 tools or another leading intranet platform, preferably in a large B2B organization
• Experience working with CMS environments in a large company, including web publishing and CMS workflows
• Good understanding of usability, metadata, and content structures in a CMS-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in communications or an equivalent field
• Good understanding of internal communication principles and their application in an intranet environment
• Analytical and proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Proficiency in English at C1 level (verbal and written); Polish is an asset

• Act as the key user for the SharePoint intranet, supporting content creators and site editors on technical and content matters, managing site migrations and new implementations
• Handle administration and governance tasks including access requests, content review, and intranet analytics
• Drive intranet platform development by operationalizing initiatives, staying updated with Microsoft updates, and training content creators
• Manage, publish, and optimize web content in UPM CMS environments ensuring compliance with brand, UX, accessibility, SEO, and GEO standards
• Serve as administrator of Jira and Confluence, managing permissions, spaces, workflows, and documentation structures
• Ensure effective communication and alignment with external vendors for intranet and CMS development initiatives

This position offers a hybrid working model combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław. The position holder will report to the Team Leader, Digital Marketing Enablement.
