Project Manager (K/M/N)

Plum Sp. z o.o. is hiring for a Project Manager position based in Ignatki (pow. białostocki), Poland. The role involves managing projects across various domains including R&D, Production, Sales, and Logistics, with a focus on business, technological, and operational projects.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in project management or roles such as Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Scrum Master.
• Experience in managing project budgets including planning, tracking, forecasting, ROI analysis, and cost-benefit.
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, and practical use of AI tools.
• Ability to prepare business cases, risk registers, and status reports for management.
• Strategic thinking and ability to view projects in the context of company goals and project portfolio.
• Negotiation skills and managing stakeholder expectations, including at C-level.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level for reporting and participation in international projects.

Nice to have:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience in production-technology or R&D environments.

• Plan and supervise project execution regarding schedule, budget, resources, and business goals.
• Take responsibility for project results including ROI and business assumptions.
• Manage project budget: planning, cost monitoring, forecasting, and escalation of deviations.
• Define project scope and manage changes and change requests.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Prepare status reports, recommendations, and decision-making information for stakeholders, C-level, and management.
• Plan and allocate inter-project resources and resolve resource conflicts.
• Coordinate projects involving various teams such as R&D, Production, Sales, and Logistics.
• Make project decisions and represent the project in contacts with clients and partners.
