AGROS TEAM FRANICA sp.k. is a dynamically developing trading company with a stable market position. The company is starting a key innovative project involving the development of a proprietary mobile and web application using artificial intelligence (AI) to monitor plant growth and protection, aimed at supporting business partners and clients in optimizing crops.

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably involving mobile or web application development.
• Practical understanding of AI and Machine Learning projects, including image recognition models and data analysis.
• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Agile) and proficiency with tools such as Asana, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage teams, delegate tasks clearly, and enforce execution.
• Analytical approach and ability to solve problems quickly.

Nice to have:

• Experience in AgroTech, agriculture, horticulture, or related industries.
• Basic knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and requirements definition through implementation and ongoing application development.
• Coordinate the work of the development team, including programmers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers.
• Manage project schedule, budget, and risks to ensure timely progress and financial compliance.
• Translate business vision into technical language, acting as a bridge between management, sales, and technical teams.
• Provide ongoing progress reporting and present key milestones to stakeholders.
