Project Manager

The company engages in projects involving artificial intelligence, automation, and cloud computing, aiming to enhance customer service standards through technology.

• Higher technical education (preferably computer science or related fields) or equivalent technical knowledge.
• Technical knowledge at least at the level of a computer science student.
• Understanding of software development processes, system architecture, system integration, and basic databases.
• Experience managing IT projects in the Fixed Price model involving software development.
• Actual responsibility for project management, not just supporting or administrative roles.
• Practical experience controlling budget, schedule, and scope in Fixed Price projects.
• Experience managing project risk and scope changes.
• Practical knowledge of IT project management tools, especially Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
• English language proficiency sufficient for working with technical documentation and project communication.
• Completion of at least 2 Fixed Price projects valued over 500,000 PLN each.
• Completion of at least 1 Fixed Price project for the public sector valued over 100,000 PLN.
• Current PRINCE2 Practitioner certificate or equivalent.

• Manage IT projects executed in the Fixed Price model.
• Oversee projects from analysis or initiation to acceptance or closure.
• Control project budget, schedule, and scope.
• Identify project deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project risks and scope changes.
• Maintain control over contractual scope in Fixed Price projects.
• Assess the impact of technical decisions on budget, scope, and schedule.
• Conduct substantive communication with the development team.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and analytical teams.
• Evaluate scope feasibility and identify technical risks.
• Independently lead projects and ensure delivery within budget and schedule.
