Snowflake Architect

ITFS is offering a 100% remote position for a Snowflake Architect to work on a greenfield project involving the implementation of secure Azure and Snowflake architecture.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in cloud/IT architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including designing Management Groups, Subscriptions, Resource Groups, Azure RBAC, and Azure Policy.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud architecture in enterprise environments.
• Practical knowledge of cloud security principles (least privilege, access control, network segmentation).
• Experience designing and implementing security policies and solutions compliant with audit and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Snowflake platform (configuration, administration, security).
• Knowledge of RBAC model in Snowflake and data access control principles.
• Experience integrating Snowflake with Azure.
• Ability to design secure and scalable data environments.

Nice to have:

• SnowPro Core/Advanced Architect or Azure Solutions Architect certifications.

• Design and configure Azure cloud subscriptions from Root/Management Group level through subscriptions to dedicated Resource Groups.
• Deploy, initialize, and fully secure Snowflake workspaces within Azure cloud.
• Design and implement strict security policies, network rules, and advanced RBAC structures in Snowflake to grant secure and granular access to external auditing entities.
