Senior .NET Developer

1dea is a recruitment and IT outsourcing company focusing on expert and managerial positions. The company is based in Poland and operates globally through an international network. It covers sectors including IT, Transport, Spedition, Logistics, Property & Construction, and Tax & Legal.

• At least 6 years of commercial experience as a Software Developer / .NET Developer.
• Very good knowledge of C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
• Experience in developing web applications and SaaS solutions.
• Practical knowledge of designing and implementing REST API / Web API.
• Experience working with unit testing tools such as NUnit, Moq, Jest, or similar.
• Good knowledge of version control system Git.
• Experience working according to Agile methodologies.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team.
• Communicative knowledge of English (minimum B2 level).

• Creating and developing modern web applications based on Microsoft technologies.
• Designing and implementing new functionalities focusing on performance, security, and high code quality.
• Developing and integrating services and APIs used by applications and external systems.
• Ensuring software quality by creating and maintaining unit tests.
• Collaborating closely with developers, testers, and analysts within an Agile team.
• Participating in technical solution design, code reviews, and optimization of existing applications.
• Using tools supporting software development processes such as Git and Azure DevOps.
• Supporting the team with knowledge and experience and actively participating in the development of good programming practices.

• Location: 100% remote.
