Senior UX/UI Designer

For over 17 years, Xopero Software has been helping businesses protect data with Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions such as Xopero ONE, Xopero Unified Protection, and GitProtect. Their products safeguard IT environments, applications, and code repositories worldwide and are trusted by companies like T-Mobile, Avis, and Quest Diagnostics.

• At least 5 years of experience designing digital products as a UX/UI or Product Designer.
• Advocate for user-centered design and effective communication of UX principles.
• Strong expertise in usability testing, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems.
• Hands-on experience conducting qualitative research and usability testing.
• Demonstrated mature design process through a strong portfolio with multiple case studies.
• Passion for designing complex B2B, SaaS, enterprise products.
• Ability to define projects, measure success, test assumptions, and incorporate feedback.
• Effective use of AI tools in design workflow.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Ability to deliver complex, high-quality outputs on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ensure users have a great end-to-end experience.
• Plan and conduct exploratory user research, usability testing, and discovery activities.
• Design pixel-perfect interfaces in Figma.
• Shape and own the Xopero Design System and design guidelines across products.
• Turn actionable research insights into concepts, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to prioritize initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define problems and identify solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, interactions, and user experiences.
• Promote design thinking within the product organization.
• Mentor and support other designers and help scale design culture across the company.
