PMO Specialist (Senior)

• 4+ years of experience in a PMO, Project Operations, or Project Coordinator role
• English proficiency at B2 level or above
• Proven track record in supporting project delivery within a software house or IT services environment
• Experience in managing project documentation, including Statements of Work and contracts
• Experience in tracking project budgets, timelines, and project data
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Coordinating project administration throughout the project lifecycle
• Preparing and maintaining Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and project documentation
• Supporting communication with clients and internal teams
• Tracking project budgets, timelines, and contract renewals
• Supporting invoicing, billing, and financial reporting
• Maintaining project data in HubSpot, Jira, and other internal tools
• Preparing project reports and management dashboards
• Optimizing PMO processes, templates, and documentation
• Delivering operational support for Project Managers in daily project execution
• Ensuring project documentation and internal processes remain up to date
