• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer, Test Engineer, or Manual Tester
• ISTQB Foundation certificate and experience in quality assurance methodology
• Proficiency in documenting and resolving issues in JIRA
• Ability to create technical documentation in Confluence
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and various types of testing (functional, regression, integration, E2E, exploratory)
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level in speaking and writing
• Higher technical education in computer science, engineering, or related fields

• Designing and performing manual tests to ensure high product quality
• Creating test cases and test reports based on business and technical requirements
• Logging, describing, and prioritizing bugs in JIRA
• Analyzing test results and reproducing reported bugs
• Collaborating with the development team to diagnose and resolve issues
• Preparing technical documentation in Confluence
• Participating in functional, regression, integration, E2E, and exploratory testing
• Working in a modern, agile project environment focused on quality, stability, and effective collaboration
• Hybrid work mode with three days per week in the Katowice office
