Senior Business Analyst

• At least 5+ years of experience in banking sector domains (e.g. Finance, Investment Banking, Credit Risk, Retail).
• High level of knowledge and experience in cooperation with customers.
• Ability to prepare data-based benchmarks, market analysis, solution and architecture overview.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders to shape relationships with customers and partners.
• Agile Product Owner role experience in projects is desired.
• Strong capability of handling end-to-end multinational projects.
• Very good interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
• Experience in conducting workshops and presentations.
• Experience in banks is a must-have; experience as a Scrum Master is a plus.
• Experience in Commercial and Lending (C&L) is nice to have, as well as prototyping skills and a technical background.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with international banking customers.
• Experience in strategy and management consulting.
• Understanding of banking and technology trends.
• At least bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics.
• Understanding of System Analysis approaches for complex solutions.
• Some SQL knowledge required.
• Reporting tools knowledge like Power BI, Tableau, etc.

• Collaborate with banking sector clients to analyze business needs, develop recommendations, and present solution concepts and architectural approaches.
• Facilitate client workshops and coordinate collaboration across multiple stakeholders in multinational project environments.
• Manage end-to-end projects using Agile methodologies, including acting as a Product Owner and supporting business transformation initiatives.
• Prepare market analyses, benchmarking reports, and decision-support materials to drive product and service development.
