Junior DevOps/AI (student)

Upvanta is seeking a student or early-career individual from Wrocław interested in developing skills at the intersection of DevOps, Cloud, and AI. The role involves occasional office visits and supports internal AI platform development.

• Student of computer science or related field (full-time or part-time)
• Interest in AI, DevOps, or Cloud with a desire to develop in these areas
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems and terminal usage
• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes (university projects, personal projects, or IT internships are welcome)
• Basic knowledge of Git
• Ability to use technical documentation in English
• Self-motivated, curious about new technologies, and eager to learn

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Interest in LLM, GenAI, and tools like OpenAI API or Azure AI
• Own projects, participation in scientific clubs, hackathons, or competitions

• Support the development and maintenance of the internal AI platform
• Assist in managing environments based on Kubernetes and Docker
• Participate in automating CI/CD processes
• Test and deploy new AI tools and solutions
• Monitor platform operation and support problem resolution
• Learn cloud technologies and DevOps best practices
• Collaborate with an experienced team on AI projects

Candidates must be students or at the beginning of their career and able to work 5 days a week. Occasional visits to the office in Wrocław are required. Preference for part-time students with Kubernetes knowledge.
