Solution Architect

The role is within the banking industry, focusing on financial services, specifically Retail Banking. The position is hybrid with 2-3 days per week in the office, available in Gdynia, Gdańsk, and Warszawa, Poland.

• 10+ years of experience with IT Architecture.
• 3+ years as Senior IT Architect.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to design solutions through detailed process and system diagrams and data modelling.
• Ability to translate business requirements to architectural concepts, especially in financial services (Retail Banking).
• Knowledge of process automation platforms, specifically Pega.
• Knowledge of frontend to backend integration patterns.
• Knowledge of integration frameworks: REST, CL Kafka.
• Knowledge of microservices and micro web apps.
• Knowledge of application frameworks such as Angular and React.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in SAFe.

• Lead strategic architectural discussions to reduce complexity, enhance agility, improve cost efficiency, mitigate risks, and strengthen business outcomes.
• Ensure understanding of current and future applications and IT infrastructure, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
• Design architecture aligned with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and technology roadmap.
• Develop and maintain solution design documentation including process flows, system architecture diagrams, and data models.
• Collaborate with architecture community, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align on solution design, technical standards, and delivery objectives.
