Business Analyst

• At least 2–3 years of experience in business and system analysis in IT projects
• Experience working on projects in the banking or financial sector
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Basic understanding of BPMN engines (e.g., Camunda)
• Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Participation in integration projects (APIs)
• Ability to create technical documentation (e.g., HLD, diagrams)

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience in developing or analyzing mobile applications
• Experience using AI in daily work with requirements and project knowledge
• Experience working with systems where AI functionalities are integral, including designing and analyzing use cases based on language models

• Analyze business and system requirements
• Create documentation including specifications, diagrams, and process models
• Collaborate with development teams
• Participate in client workshops
• Take part in implementation and development projects
