Business-System Analyst

• At least 2–3 years of experience in business and system analysis in IT projects
• Comfortable supporting the Product Owner in backlog management, running meetings, and handling changing requirements
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
• Ability to facilitate workshops and deliver training sessions
• Experience in system analysis and requirements documentation
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of backlog, prioritization, sprint goal, and MVP concepts
• Ability to write clear User Stories with acceptance criteria

Nice to have:

• Experience in the insurance industry, preferably on the business side
• Experience in designing IT solutions
• Workshop facilitation skills (Event Storming, User Story Mapping, Example Mapping, Domain Storytelling, Impact Mapping)
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML
• Familiarity with tools for technical documentation and analysis

Additionally valued:

• Using AI in daily work for managing requirements and project knowledge
• Experience working with systems where AI functionalities are integral, including designing and analyzing use cases based on language models

• Analyze business and system requirements
• Create documentation including specifications, diagrams, and process models
• Collaborate with development teams
• Participate in client workshops
• Take part in implementation and development projects
