Business Analyst / Business Engineer

The client specializes in scalable backend development, Big Data, cloud services, data engineering, and DevOps/SRE consulting, offering comprehensive software lifecycle support and agile project management for effective outsourcing.

• Several years of experience in a similar role (Business Analyst / Business Engineer).
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Deep understanding of business processes and their optimization.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of German at least at B1/B2 level.

• Act as a liaison between the business (Germany) and the IT team (Product Owner, developers, DevOps in Zielona Góra), ensuring clear and effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Identify real needs and expectations of end users.
• Provide business consulting regarding process optimization.
• Continuously review, refine, and update project plans.
• Independently create business process models, user stories, use cases, and interface specifications as guidelines for the development team.
