Order Management Solutions Architect

• 12–15 years of experience in order management or Order-to-Cash
• Experience in solution design, consulting, and delivering business outcomes
• Skilled in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, ERP systems, RPA, or AI technologies
• Understanding of industries such as CPG, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences
• Confident communication and effective work with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Degree in a relevant field and ideally a project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or Scrum)

• Design end-to-end order management and fulfilment solutions using Capgemini methodologies
• Lead and deliver process improvement and automation initiatives across order management
• Manage multiple transformation or improvement projects simultaneously
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, proposals, and solution development
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within client accounts
• Drive large-scale transformation programs focused on efficiency and operational excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into broader business processes
• Engage and present to senior stakeholders, leading workshops, demos, and advisory sessions
