Factory Primary Logistics Specialist (Late Shift)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Good knowledge of logistics execution processes
• Experience with ERP, TMS, or tracking tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Readiness to work late shifts (8 hours between 12PM-12AM)

• Coordinate factory-to-factory and factory-to-DC shipments
• Manage daily logistics execution, scheduling, and dispatch readiness
• Monitor shipment milestones, ETA accuracy, and delivery status
• Identify delays, shortages, and supply risks
• Handle exceptions and resolve operational issues
• Maintain system updates, reporting, and KPIs
• Collaborate with planning, warehouse, and transportation teams
• Drive continuous improvement and prioritize logistics activities
