• Proven purchasing experience of at least 2 years
• Self-starter motivated to work in a highly dynamic and changing environment
• Very good communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
• Analytical skills with problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
• Very good organizational skills
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel pivot tables and complex formulas
• Experience with Ariba, iValua, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or other sourcing systems is an asset
• Availability to work late shifts 2–3 times per week (15:00–23:00)

• Purchase goods, materials, components, or services in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets
• Drive RFQ and compare received quotes
• Select suppliers based on given criteria to achieve best cost and terms and conditions
• Monitor the process and communicate risks and opportunities with stakeholders and other functions
• Closely cooperate with peers and other functions to actively support process improvements
• Manage purchase orders from creation and review through sending to supplier until final delivery and payment
• Build, maintain, and manage supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies, procedures, process flow, DTPs, and other relevant documentation
