• 5+ years of engineering management experience with strong people leadership and delivery ownership.
• Skilled in structured 1:1s, feedback, and performance development.
• Ability to form teams quickly around new priorities and build momentum under pressure.
• Experience managing complex initiatives end-to-end and coaching teams.
• Technical fluency to engage in architecture discussions and risk assessment.
• Product and business awareness connecting engineering to customer value and priorities.
• Strong collaboration skills acting as a connector across teams.
• Comfortable working in environments requiring quality, safety, and compliance.
• Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken.

• Lead and develop engineers, QAs, data scientists, and researchers with structured 1:1s, feedback, and career support.
• Own delivery of 2–3 cross-functional initiatives per cycle, defining goals, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution.
• Assemble teams around changing priorities, clarifying ownership and establishing ways of working.
• Coach initiative leads to make decisions and manage execution while fostering autonomy.
• Identify and remove friction in engineering planning, delivery, and learning to improve speed and capability.
• Embed quality, safety, and regulatory compliance into software delivery processes.
