Founding Deployment Engineer

• Experience working with or within military or police organisations
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Software engineering generalist with pragmatic and product-minded approach
• Experience implementing AI systems in resource-constrained or operationally sensitive environments
• Comfort with audio processing and real-time, low-latency systems
• Clear technical communication skills for non-technical stakeholders, including in high-stakes settings

• Deploy prototypes with early customers and iterate quickly based on their needs
• Perform rapid prototyping and bespoke integrations
• Implement quick fixes under pressure
• Work hands-on with audio streaming technology and real-time voice systems
• Travel frequently to customer sites
