Full Stack Engineer

Sales Patriot is building the AI-native command centre for defence logistics, targeting the US defence industrial base which currently relies on outdated infrastructure from the 1980s. Their platform aims to eliminate manual bottlenecks in national security workflows, helping defence distributors and manufacturers improve quoting, contract wins, and delivery of components. The company is at seed stage and is building a small core engineering team to scale the platform.

• Experience delivering real projects and products to production with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Solid experience with at least one frontend framework such as React, Svelte, or Next.js.
• Knowledge of SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL, including schema design and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including testing, documentation, and code review.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
• Willingness to relocate to the US after 6 months on-site in Warsaw.

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack application functionality across frontend interfaces, backend services and APIs, and database schemas and data models.
• Implement integrations with external systems including legacy government and enterprise platforms such as ERPs and government procurement interfaces.
• Collaborate with forward-deployed teams to translate customer requirements into production-ready features.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
• Support onboarding and technical development of new engineering team members.

• Mandatory relocation to the US after 6 months of onsite work in Warsaw.
