• Experience as a Product Designer in a product-led company.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong communication skills and English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
• Experience with qualitative research methods.
• Skills in UX process ownership, research and insight synthesis, product and interaction design, prototyping, and design systems experience.

• Own design outcomes end to end, turning user insights, business needs, and technical constraints into clear, effective solutions.
• Work within a cross-functional product team, partnering closely with a Product Manager, Tech Lead, and Engineers to shape solutions and make informed trade-offs.
• Contribute to the design system and help raise UX quality across the product.
• Bring user research and data into everyday product decisions.
• Improve core product experiences that communicate the organization’s value and support users in their daily work.
• Increase key experience metrics by reducing friction in critical user flows and increasing clarity and efficiency in workflows.
• Strengthen and evolve the design system to improve consistency and reduce design-to-development effort.
