• Independently deliver backend features, including simple CRUD operations
• Collaborate with the team in a high-bandwidth communication environment
• Optionally request code reviews and merge code when ready
• Adopt tools and practices that increase efficiency, including AI
• Participate in a recruitment process involving screening, technical challenge, and contract engagement
