Senior PHP Developer

We're an AI-powered platform used by enterprise clients across real estate, facility management, and building operations.

• Strong PHP development experience with production-grade backend systems
• Hands-on experience with Phalcon or comparable PHP frameworks (Symfony, Laravel)
• Solid understanding of API design, integration patterns, OAuth, webhooks, and third-party service connectivity
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and writing performant queries
• Comfort with multi-tenant architectures and enterprise-scale challenges
• Strong grasp of security best practices for backend systems
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing

• Design and implement custom integrations and system adaptations for large enterprise clients
• Develop and maintain secure, high-performance backend services using PHP and Phalcon
• Own the architecture and implementation of new integration patterns, ensuring reliability and scalability
• Work across the stack to solve complex technical problems and deliver clean, maintainable code
• Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to understand client requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews and uphold engineering standards across the team
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and reliability issues in production systems
