Founding Engineer

A Warsaw-based startup building the personal AI category with a product that is an always-on AI agent handling everyday tasks such as groceries, appointments, and job hunting. The founding team consists of 3 people and is based in Warsaw with Silicon Valley intensity.

• Exceptional engineer or founder with previous wins or big losses
• Experience shipping agents to production at scale (real systems, real users)
• Value speed and iteration over process and perfection
• Comfortable making decisions and shipping with minimal guidance
• Strong belief in personal AI as a critical area of work

• Scale the infrastructure that lets AI agents operate reliably for millions of users
• Build state-of-the-art agentic UX
• Create observability, benchmarks, and evaluations for trillions of tokens
• Ensure every token delivers maximum value at minimum cost
• Build and maintain cutting-edge integrations with WhatsApp and iMessage

This is a 6–7 days a week, 10–12 hours a day role as explicitly stated by the team.
