• Experience with AI-native engineering workflows using AI agents as co-developers.
• Experience building systems that call LLM APIs in production.
• Full-stack development capability with Python backend and React frontend.
• Ability to integrate APIs and build end-to-end systems.
• Client-facing experience presenting technical decisions to CTOs and COOs.
• Ability to work at high velocity, shipping iterative solutions rapidly.
• Low ego and ability to take direct feedback and adjust.

Engagement process:

• Assess client data quality, existing systems, and integration points.
• Score technical feasibility of AI opportunities.
• Design architecture for selected build targets.
• Map agent workflows, integrations, and data flows.
• Lead system build including architecture, integration, edge cases, and judgment-required parts.
• Design and build AI agents automating client workflows and decision-making loops.
• Integrate with client systems via APIs, MCP connectors, and data pipelines.
• Test and harden systems with robust evaluation patterns.
• Ship iteratively with working demos to stakeholders.
• Measure results against business cases and support leadership presentations.
• Extract reusable components into internal IP library.

Between sprints:

• Build and maintain the IP library of reusable components.
• Build AI agents that automate services work.
• Contribute to internal product development.
• Experiment with new models and agent architectures.
