IT Project Manager

Axence is a Kraków-based company with 20 years of experience designing tools that support IT departments. They offer three IT tools: nVision for IT work support, SecureTeam for cybersecurity and GDPR training, and ConnectPro for remote assistance and access. The company serves 3,500 clients in 40 countries.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing IT projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead at least two projects from inception to working IT products.
• Technical background with deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Skills in project planning and risk management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Fluent Polish and advanced English for working with technical documentation.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS SharePoint.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of .NET, React, Confluence, and MS SharePoint.

• Manage the lifecycle of production applications at client sites.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from planning through implementation, monitoring, and further development.
• Collaborate closely with development teams (.NET, React) to optimize processes and work efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks ensuring team understanding of goals and priorities.
• Plan and prioritize backlog, schedules, and workload.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Actively participate in technical discussions with developers.
• Collaborate with QA teams to maintain product quality.
