Convertis sp. z o.o. is a strategic technology partner for PrestaShop stores, supporting clients in scaling their e-commerce businesses since 2016. The company delivers advanced modules, functionality extensions, and graphic templates, with a team of over 25 PrestaShop experts. They run flagship B2B marketing projects unique to their niche, including a top 3 ecommerce podcast, YouTube channel, blog, rankings, and newsletter.

• Minimum 3 years experience managing e-commerce projects in agencies or online stores
• Experience as project manager, product owner, or IT project coordinator
• Analytical thinking and extreme responsibility for completed work
• Honesty towards clients, team, and self
• Engagement and independence suitable for remote work
• Strong communication skills, especially remote
• Experience working with LLM models to increase efficiency with evidence
• Emotional self-management and understanding of others' emotions
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure tasks proceed according to plan and close pending tasks

Nice to have:

• Advanced knowledge of PrestaShop, SoteShop, or other e-commerce platforms
• Knowledge of online store design trends
• Experience in agile/scrum projects
• Experience in B2B customer service, account management, or analytics roles
• Ability to analyze arguments thoroughly before decision-making and discuss them substantively
• Data analysis skills
• English language proficiency enabling effective written and spoken communication

• Coordinate technical development and maintenance work in online stores within ongoing client support projects
• Manage support and development projects including scheduling, budgeting, team management, and reporting to clients and management
• Organize work for project and maintenance teams, define tasks for backend and frontend developers and graphic designers, and manage development queues
• Control quality of team members' work and manage testing processes
• Independently perform analytical and testing tasks as agreed
• Organize and coordinate cooperation with external partners
• Suggest changes and seek optimal technical solutions in stores
• Work with clients on online store implementation projects, co-creating and prioritizing system requirements, scheduling, and progress reporting
• Execute strategic internal development projects
• Perform account management processes
