Architekt Rozwiązań IT / Cybersecurity (Pre-Sales) (m/k)

Team Up is recruiting for an experienced professional to support clients and sales teams in designing modern IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions. The role combines architectural, consulting, and pre-sales competencies, including client needs analysis, workshops, presentations, and overseeing implementation of designed concepts.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT architecture or enterprise solutions
• Knowledge of network and infrastructure solutions (LAN, WAN, Data Center, SDN/SD-WAN)
• Experience in cybersecurity, including XDR, SIEM, or related technologies
• Knowledge of on-premise and cloud environments
• Ability to design architecture for enterprise environments
• Experience with projects in public or commercial sectors
• Practical knowledge of PoC/MVP preparation processes
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams during implementations
• Experience from integrator/vendor/consulting side
• Proficiency in business and technical client communication
• Experience in pre-implementation analysis and discovery workshops
• Ability to prepare technical input for offers and pricing
• Strong presentation skills

Nice to have:

• Experience cooperating with infrastructure or security technology vendors
• Knowledge of Cisco, Splunk, or related technologies
• Certifications in infrastructure or cybersecurity
• Conference activity or participation in industry communities

• Support sales team in IT solution sales processes
• Conduct technology consultations and workshops with clients
• Design architecture of infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions
• Prepare technical concepts, project documentation, and offer materials
• Participate in creation and execution of PoC and MVP
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams during solution implementation
• Attend business meetings, presentations, and industry events
• Share technological knowledge within the organization
