AI Engineer / AI Technology Consultant

Must-Have:

• Practical knowledge of Python or another programming language for scripting, API integrations, and data processing.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI platforms: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform.
• Strong proficiency in low-code/no-code and automation tools, specifically n8n and Langflow.
• Ability to integrate tools such as Agent Development Kit (ADK), ElevenLabs, and Dialogflow CX.
• Experience in Prompt Engineering and understanding of RAG architecture.
• Proficiency with REST APIs.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with clients.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level and Polish C2.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Gemini Enterprise and willingness to develop expertise.
• Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant.
• Google AI certifications or relevant AI credentials.
• Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (Azure AI, Power Platform).
• Experience conducting training sessions and workshops.
• Basic understanding of LLMOps practices and tools (e.g., LangSmith).

Internal Projects:

• Develop and optimize internal AI tools using Langflow, Google Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, OpenAI, Anthropic, and ADK.
• Build proofs of concept and prototypes for emerging AI solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Establish standards and best practices for AI deployment and integration.
• Develop reusable libraries and frameworks for client projects.

Client Projects:

• Lead discovery sessions to understand clients' business needs.
• Design and implement tailored AI solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end AI implementations and conduct training sessions.
• Provide strategic consultancy on AI-powered digital transformation.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and build AI competencies within client organizations.

No-Code/Low-Code:

• Scout and implement innovative no-code/low-code solutions.
• Design intuitive interfaces for business users and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build reusable components to accelerate future project delivery.
