Senior Fullstack Developer with Typescript

Holisticon Insight is a data-focused technology and consulting company, part of the Nexer Group. They build data platforms and data-intensive systems that solve real business problems, working end-to-end from data integration to delivering analytics and AI solutions used in production. Their projects combine data engineering, cloud, and software development, including systems that generate data such as IoT and digital platforms.

• 8+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer.
• Strong engineering background with experience building scalable, production-grade systems.
• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript across the full stack.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of REST API design and development.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or other event-streaming platforms.
• Experience working in distributed software systems.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
• Location in Poland or another EU country.

Nice to have:

• Experience developing commercial SaaS or on-premise software products.
• Experience working in enterprise software environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps practices.

• Contribute to the development of production-grade software powering enterprise automation solutions.
• Build scalable backend services and modern web applications.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity and code quality.
• Collaborate closely with experienced engineers to deliver reliable, maintainable, and high-performing software.
