Senior ML Engineer (NLP)

• Experience designing and deploying Machine Learning and AI solutions
• Proficiency in Python and working in AWS or Azure cloud environments
• Experience building end-to-end ML systems from experiments to production
• Ability to select appropriate ML algorithms and techniques for business problems
• Experience with NLP systems using transformer models (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers)
• Experience developing AI agents for customer-facing solutions or analyzing customer feedback and building Customer Experience models
• Knowledge of tools such as scikit-learn, Docker, and AWS services like SageMaker, MWAA, and Athena
• Fluent communication skills in English for international collaboration

Nice to have:

• Experience with MLOps, model deployment automation, and CI/CD
• Experience with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI solutions
• Build and develop end-to-end ML systems from data exploration and experiments to production deployment
• Create NLP systems using transformer models such as Hugging Face Transformers
• Design and develop AI agents and intelligent user support solutions
• Optimize ML models for quality, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and implement AI use cases
• Develop and maintain solutions in AWS or Azure cloud environments
• Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed AI models and applications
