Digital & AI Transformation Advisor

The team consists of experienced business and technology practitioners led by Tomasz Stankiewicz.

• Minimum 10 years of managerial or director-level experience in enterprise and corporate organizations.
• Deep insider knowledge of large organizational structures, business processes (HR, compliance, operations), and collaboration with key software vendors.
• Business maturity and ability to understand complex client processes and propose transformative improvements.

Nice to have:

• Practical orientation in commercial AI solutions and ability to translate them into real process improvements.
• Business or architectural certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL).
• Familiarity with Deviniti's ecosystem (cloud solutions, Atlassian tools, AI).
• Natural charisma and confidence for peer-level discussions with top management (C-level confidence).
• Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate complex technological visions in clear business language.
• Mature and partnership approach, capable of building long-term value and taking responsibility for client problems and solutions.

• Lead process transformation work with key enterprise clients.
• Support sales as an advisory partner by building new consulting products.
