• Strong technical background, preferably with a Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, ICT, or IT.
• Knowledge of networks and device management protocols such as CWMP (TR-069 USP, TR-369 USP) and SNMP.
• Whitebox understanding of distributed systems and backend architecture.
• Practical knowledge of network protocols and IP stack.
• Ability to assess the impact of functions on performance and capacity planning.
• Experience working closely with developers on technical solutions.
• Proven track record of leading software products from concept to market.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent English skills for complex technical discussions.

• Experience with B2B products.
• Experience in the Telco industry (knowledge of eTOM).
• Hands-on experience with product marketing.
• Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.

• Product and technical analysis: Analyze logs, APIs, architecture, service dependencies, queues, and data flows to understand the impact of functional changes on the backend and operating system.
• Technical cooperation with engineering: Partner with developers to refine scenarios, participate in refinements, discuss architecture, and assist in solution decisions and trade-offs.
• Dimensioning and performance co-creation: Participate in sizing for customers, understand hardware/software limitations, and predict the impact of new features on system load and operating costs.
• Product area expertise: Serve as the go-to person for sales, support, presales, marketing, and CPE partners by providing deep knowledge of product architecture and operator applications.
