Senior Fullstack Software Development Engineer (RUX team)

• 6+ years of experience building features used by millions of users.
• Experience building and optimizing large-scale web architectures.
• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Golang.
• Skilled in TypeScript, React, Node.js, React Native, and Server-Side Rendering.
• Experience with app rollout, experimentation, instrumentation, and supportability.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new domain challenges.

Nice to have:

• Commercial experience with React Native and native app development.
• Experience in corporate web and mobile environments with high-scale systems.
• Experience integrating payment systems such as BLIK and Bizum.
• Experience with identity verification vendors like GBG, Taktile, and Onfido.

• Lead and design large-scale web and mobile architectures.
• Manage complex, team-level projects from idea to completion, including defining requirements and directing team members.
• Collaborate across engineering, marketing, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Write integrations with local payment systems and identity verification services.
• Build and evolve systems to prevent fraud and ensure safe money transfers.
• Own features impacting real customers and influence user experience.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and pairing sessions.
• Drive improvements in code quality, reliability, observability, and tooling adoption.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
