Product Manager

• Demonstrated AI fluency with experience scoping and shipping AI-powered product features.
• 3–5 years of product management experience partnering with engineering teams or equivalent.
• Strong data and analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau), or Python.

Nice to have:

• Finance or fintech experience, including familiarity with financial close cycles, SOX compliance, or regulatory-adjacent products.
• Accounting/Reconciliation domain knowledge, including concepts like subledgers, journal entries, chart of accounts, and revenue recognition.
• Experience with data engineering or pipeline architecture, especially related to data ingestion, normalization, or ETL pipelines.

PM — Accounting Platform (ACTP):

• Own execution of ledger enablement and expansion work including onboarding new products, geographies, and payment methods.
• Automate manual accounting workflows.
• Strengthen financial controls across revenue, liabilities, and losses.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to translate domain requirements into product outcomes.

PM — Reconciliation Platform:

• Own end-to-end delivery of partner data ingestion, transaction matching, settlement orchestration, data correction services, and operational tooling.
• Partner with Finance, Recon Ops, and engineering teams to create scalable, reliable product solutions.

General Responsibilities:

• Own the product backlog, develop clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering to deliver reliable, on-time outcomes.
• Translate complex finance requirements into well-scoped user stories and product solutions.
• Leverage AI tooling to improve platform configurability and adoption.
• Identify and drive automation of manual workflows to reduce operational burden.
• Partner with Engineering on tradeoffs between rapid iteration and foundational investments.
• Define success metrics and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
