• Several years of experience in maintaining and developing business systems and applications.
• Proficient knowledge of relational databases and ability to create and optimize SQL queries.
• Experience working with Linux and Windows Server systems.
• Ability to analyze application logs and diagnose production environment issues.
• Experience with system integrations based on REST API, synchronous and asynchronous communication.
• Knowledge of message queuing solutions such as RabbitMQ or similar.
• Understanding of environment monitoring and high availability of services.
• Ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams.
• Values independence, responsibility, and adapts well to dynamic environments.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP solutions (SAP HANA, SAP CRM, SAP Marketing, SAP SLT, SAP Basis).
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and solutions like Nginx.
• Experience with Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Excel (Power Query, VBA), or other analytical tools.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure environment.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or other tools supporting automation and data analysis.

• Maintain and develop the application environment and integrations between organizational systems.
• Monitor application and service operations, analyze logs, and diagnose production environment issues.
• Support deployments, updates, and changes in systems, coordinating activities to ensure continuity.
• Analyze incidents and quickly restore service availability.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve problems and implement improvements.
• Participate in projects related to the development and integration of ERP, CRM, and marketing solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in testing and production deployments.
• Participate in 24/7 production duty shifts according to team schedule.
