• Knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of system integration concepts
• Good knowledge of Windows Server environment

• Ability to work in a team

• Provide second-line support to end users
• Administer and develop IT systems such as ERP, DMS, BI, and HRM
• Diagnose system errors and decide on resolution methods
• Manage databases and system integrations
• Participate in IT projects
• Handle helpdesk system and maintain documentation of reported issues
• Communicate with external partners
