DevOps/MLOps Engineer with AI

The role is with a software house collaborating with a US client that integrates production-grade, governed AI workflows into complex enterprise systems. The client focuses on overcoming AI integration challenges in enterprise workflows by combining deep domain expertise with advanced AI capabilities.

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps/MLOps.
• Ability to work until at least 7:00 PM CET.
• Proficiency with AWS Bedrock and/or Azure AI Foundry.
• Skills in model hosting.
• Excellent communication skills with proactive participation in technical discussions.

Nice to have:

• Practical experience utilizing advanced AI-assisted development tools (preferred Claude Code).
• A degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.

• Design, deploy, and maintain ML model hosting infrastructure using AWS Bedrock and Azure AI Foundry, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable model serving environments.
• Build and automate MLOps pipelines for model development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management, integrating CI/CD practices.
• Manage cloud-based AI/ML environments including infrastructure provisioning, configuration, access management, networking, and performance optimization.
• Implement model monitoring and governance solutions to track performance, availability, drift, cost, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to productionize machine learning models, improve deployment processes, troubleshoot issues, and establish best practices for AI platform operations.

Due to the client's location, daily standup around 5:00 – 6:00 PM Polish time is required, with availability to work until at least 7:00 PM CET.
