• Minimum of 4 years of full-stack development experience
• Expertise in React and Node.js ecosystems
• Solid experience with NoSQL databases
• Experience with Docker
• High proficiency with browser APIs, DOM, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor, Codex)
• Team player with problem-solving skills

• Experience with MongoDB, Redis, Express, Fastify, GraphQL, RabbitMQ, AWS, Next.js, Redux, Styled Components
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and domain-driven design

• Experience with Git and JIRA
• Experience working remotely
• Involvement in open source projects is valued

• Help evolve a platform supporting close to 100 million unique visitors per month
• Create, maintain, and evolve server and client-side applications
• Take responsibility for technical design, development, and testing
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and domain experts to clarify possibilities and limitations
• Work towards minimizing API response times using metrics and distributed tracing
• Provide feedback on technology, development lifecycle, and processes
• Take ownership of code, tasks, and role
• Mentor others and investigate new technologies
• Advocate for clean code and clean architecture
