Wymagania
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of B2B commercial experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience in Sales Management or Head of Sales roles.
- Experience in TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) and Business Assurance sector is highly preferred.
Obowiązki
- Define and implement the national commercial strategy for Business Assurance in Poland.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Sales team, fostering a high-performance and results-driven culture.
- Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and pipeline development across all service lines.
- Oversee key accounts and support complex negotiations and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities, sectors, and strategic clients.
- Promote cross-selling and collaboration across Business Lines.
- Monitor commercial KPIs, forecasts, and budget performance.
- Ensure accurate reporting, CRM governance, and data-driven decision-making.
- Represent Intertek in industry events and strengthen brand positioning in the Polish market.
