Senior Product Manager (SaaS)

Work for a leader in the SaaS industry, specializing in software solutions for insurance companies.

• Solid history of Product Owner roles and/or Product Management experience in agile environments.
• Experience with SaaS Platform / Shared Services, including knowledge of identity management, monitoring & observability, eventing frameworks (Kafka, Confluent, CQRS, Message Hub), messaging & notifications, and API & integrations.
• Insurance background is a plus but not a hard requirement.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).

• Drive the strategic direction, product vision, and roadmap for the SaaS platform and shared services.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating complex requirements into actionable product features.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor product performance, user engagement, and market trends to continuously iterate and improve offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with company goals.
