Senior Solutions Architect

Akamai Technologies is hiring for their Application & API Security team, focusing on security solutions across cloud, Kubernetes, networking, and API infrastructures. The role involves working with some of the world's largest enterprises to design, integrate, and optimize security solutions.

• Adequate role experience and customer-facing skills.
• Extensive experience architecting IaaS solutions with professional certifications from AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle, and/or CNCF.
• Experience troubleshooting distributed cloud-native applications and debugging infrastructure, networking, and application layers.
• Experience with containerized environments like Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and traditional enterprise infrastructure such as Linux and VMware/OVA hosting.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP/S.
• Knowledge of modern API technologies such as RESTful APIs, OAuth/JWT, API authentication and authorization.
• Experience configuring API gateways, ingress controllers, and WAF/WAAP.
• Exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical concepts and explore AI-assisted development and innovative coding approaches.

• Integrate and lead deployment of the API Security Platform across enterprise ecosystems.
• Resolve deployment issues in Kubernetes, virtual appliances, cloud infrastructure, networking, API gateways, authentication flows, hybrid architectures, and distributed applications.
• Partner with customer engineering, DevOps, cloud, networking, or security teams to deploy and operationalize Akamai API Security Platform.
• Analyze API traffic to identify misconfigurations, authentication gaps, and performance bottlenecks.
• Support configuration of inbound and outbound traffic sources for major API gateways and platforms (e.g., F5, Citrix, Apigee, Kong, NGINX, MuleSoft).
• Develop enterprise architecture diagrams, integration patterns, deployment plans, and operational runbooks.
• Lead customer workshops, technical enablement sessions, and architectural reviews.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
