UX/UI Designer- Design Systems

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UX designer
• Experience designing B2B applications (back-office, intranet, etc.)
• Ability to work on design systems, with co-creation of the design system as a main task
• Ability to work independently
• General knowledge of web technology constraints and principles (HTML/CSS/JS)
• Communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• English language proficiency at minimum B1 level (project documentation is maintained in English)
• Portfolio presenting completed projects

Nice to have:

• Experience with creating vector graphics and animations

• Designing new applications and modules for the casino management system, including research, mockups, and handoff
• Creating and developing the proprietary Design System during the design process
• Conducting UX audits and redesigning existing applications
• Evaluating usability of components, creating new ones, ensuring consistency, and maintaining design system documentation
• Working mainly on one product, the proprietary design system
• Applying agile methodologies such as Agile and Kanban
