Solution Architect (Pega)

B2Bnetwork is hiring a Solution Architect specialized in Pega to design and develop architecture solutions aligned with organizational strategy, business requirements, and security standards. The role involves collaboration with international teams to support modern solutions in the financial sector.

Must have:

• Experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
• Very good English proficiency (minimum C1) for collaboration with international stakeholders.
• Experience in designing solutions and creating architectural documentation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into architectural solutions.
• Knowledge of the Pega platform.
• Experience in Financial Services sector, especially Retail Banking.
• Knowledge of frontend-backend integration patterns.
• Experience with integration technologies: REST, Kafka, Continuous Integration (CI).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and Micro Frontends / Micro Web Apps.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Experience working in an Enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of corporate architecture standards and governance.

• Lead strategic architectural discussions to reduce solution complexity, increase organizational efficiency, and optimize costs.
• Design comprehensive solutions aligned with corporate architecture, technology standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze current and target application and infrastructure landscapes, identifying dependencies, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation including business process diagrams, system architecture diagrams, data models, and project documentation.
• Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, product owners, and development teams to ensure solution consistency.
• Support the handover process of solutions to international implementation teams.
